CHIMANBHAI PATEL INSTITUTE was established as a self financed institute in 1998 by the well-known philanthropist and industrialist, Mr. Siddharth C. Patel with a view to promote and support higher education in India under the aegis of Sardar Vallabhbhai Education Trust (established in 1968), Ahmedabad. The Institute offers both Under-graduate as well as Post-graduate degree in Management and Computer Applications and is recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education Government of Gujarat.

The Institute is situated on the Sarkhej -Gandhinagar Highway A 4.28 acre sprawling campus in picturesque surroundings provides a refreshing environment, stimulating intellectual alertness and creativity. The Institute provides full scope for experiential learning and group activities to its students.
